Possible build (upgrade) options

Hey there Peeps. I have been posting several threads lately regarding a possible folding rig as well as issues with my sig. In light of the issues with my sig I am considering just doing an i7 upgrade. I have posted two options below. This upgrade is contingent upon my ability sell some parts from my sig and two 9800gts I have as well. Please look at my build options and give suggestions. I also need a CPU waterblock, suggestions welcome.

Here are my two proposed options. I find it odd that the new state-of-the-art sandy bridge upgrade is cheaper than the standard i7 upgrade.

2600K!, not 2600!, with that motherboard, you can get some nice OC's!

K, I was wondering what the diff was between them. Spec wise the look identical aside from the integrated graphics processor.
