Furmark Artifacts galore!

I have an XFX 9800GTX+. Whenever I run furmark, I get stupid quantities of artifacts, usually related to triangles flickering. I get the same effect in UT3 when the GPU reaches about 67C. Thing's not overclocked, and its temps are fine. There isn't any issues with stability either. just random artifacts every once in a while. certainly can't overclock the thing either, since it starts failing after about a 50MHz overclock in anything.

Warranty status?

Well, my warranty it kaput, unless they support ripping the thing apart and replacing the TIM (did that AFTER noticing the issues, so it's not a cause.)

Furmark is the only thing that has artifacts to an annoying level, anyway, so in UT3 and stuff, I really have to be looking for it. I just wish I could overclock the thing.

How old is it? 3 years or so? My 9800s gave out at around the 3 year mark too. Time for an upgrade!
