Can I move my GTA IV saved games to a new computer?

I haven't looked around the game files yet but I assume I can. Just dont feel like beating it again.

I haven't personally tried it, but I would guess copying it onto a flash drive and pasting it onto the desired computer would work.

I've done that method for my COD: 4 saves + MP profile and it works like a charm.

Just keep in mind the GFWL thing. If you have those saves while signed into a profile, then you will need to sign into that profile again.

If you sign in again, and they're still not there, save the game once, then go to that AppData folder and see if it made a new save directory (mostly just a series of numbers). Put your saves in there.
