what is the ave temp of your GTX570, i have mean staring 38'c is good thing or a bad thing?.... i have MSI after burner running....

That temp is 100% excellent. Don't be surpised if it breaks 80c under heavy load, though (still normal). 400 and 500 series run HOT!

Mine idles in the 40's and hits low 80's max in some games, but usually averaging in the 70's.

MM-K same. the 580 runs the same also. I idle right at 40 even at 40% stock fan on my 580.

Mine idles at 33-35C and maxes at 66-70C under gaming and some benchmarks (not Furmark).
(Ambient 20-22C)

GIGABYTE's 570, 34*C when idle, MAX 72*C when gaming, NV did a nice cooler in 570 and 580, your card's temperature let me think about that you live in Southern or Northern Pole

what my 2x480s never go over 68 Deg C.....

lol

but anyway....

Overclock it!!!!!

i would have a max temp of 90Deg C myself....

yes they can run hotter....

but i always love headroom....
