Advice on my HTCP Build

Thread Starter
I have had a spare ATI 4800+ 2.5ghz dual core and 2 gigs of DDR2 ram lying around for a couple years now and I finnally want to build an HTCP to use them up.

So here is what I already have:

Case (random case a friend gave to me)
Athlon 64 4800+ 2.5ghz cpu
2x1 1gb Corsair XMS2-5400 ddr2 ram @ 675mhz

What I need/what I have picked out:
Power supply: BFG GS-450 450W Power Supply ATX V2.2 EPS12V Active PFC 20/24PIN 6PIN PCI-E 140MM Fan 39.99
Mobo: Needs to be compatible with my AM2 Athlon 64 CPU and have HDMI/optical out
HDD: Western Digital WD20EARS Caviar Green 2TB SATA2 3GBPS 64MB Cache 3.5IN Hard Drive OEM 89.99
DISK Drive: ??
AM2 compatible HSF (because I dont have the stock hsf): Zalman CNPS10X Performa CPU Cooler LGA1156 1366 775 AM3 AM2+ 754 939 940 Support Dual Fans 38.99

I'm looking to spend as little as possible here but I want a large hard drive, and for the HSF the only requirement is that it be backplate mounted. The motherboard is the only part I'm having a hard time choosing.

HTPC.

Anything cheap should work fine.
My A64 3000+ with 512 MB DDR1 works lovely as a HTPC..
