New H50 Rad. temps OK?

Thread Starter
Upgraded my rad to a coolgate 120. Push/Pull into case. Room temp was 24c (73/74f). Used AMD stability test for about 45 minutes. Max temp was 57c inside fan only. Turned on exterior fan and got to 40c. Does that seem right? I know the system has an airbubble in it but I can't seem to get rid of it no matter how hard I try. Everything I do leads to more coolant escaping but never any air bubbles. Very frustrating but this is my first time messing with an H50. Do these temps seem good for this simple mod? Running a medium OC of 3.8. Any advice/feedback is appreciated.

Max temp and temp after turning on exterior fan

Cool down, 5 minutes, both fans running

You should NOT bleed your H50. It doesn't need done...if you did it, then you let air into the loop....and may well have voided your warranty in the process.

???? I changed the radiator so bleeding is unavoidable. Not worried about warranty, that's why I did the mod. Any feedback on the temps??

You can change radiators on the H50/H70 underwater in a big bin to avoid bleeding...
I did better with an X6 at 1.5v and the stock rad exhausting however. Had worse ambients too.

We are neighbors! I live in Jupiter by Walmart! So are you saying that my mod failed? Is the air bubble something that affects temps? Thanks.

Run IBT 2.5.0 at maximum settings. What is your max temp then?
