Neep Help with Xbox 360 [Video]

Thread Starter
Ok, so I just finished the X-Clamp mod. It worked.

I go turn it on, it's a blank screen. So I reset the Xbox 360 display settings. It starts working. I set it on 1080p and the screen goes blank. I tried 720p, 1080i, and 1080p. None of them work.

They worked before. Any suggestions?

I'll give Rep to whoever fixes my problem.

Are you using the Component cable? If so, make sure it's set on HD.

try to turn it to regular TV mode, and then restart, flip the switch to HD, and see if it goes from there.

Hey,

Sounds like a tough one. I did a quick google search and found this:

http://www.xbox360forum.com/xbox-for...nd-no-video%29

They mention several fixes; one being that the GPU heatsink may need to be tightened.

Good luck.

I'm waiting for my order of washers and bolts for the fix. I'm not yet done. So when I open up the xbox, i'll try this. THANKS.
