My i5 750 200X20 needed 1.25vtt and 1.35v vcore at full load. Not the best chip.

I tried mounting the fans as intake and exhaust didn't help either way.

So far my Scythe Ninja is better then the H50. Max temp of 67C

Try a shroud and faster fans, the lower temps you will get. H50 have great results. I'm a previous owner of it but i currently own a H70.
Mount what, the back plate? fan are at 100% in bios, I idle around 40-43C but at full load after 1 min IBT it goes staright in the mid 70C

how tight are you tightening the locking ring after you twist the block into it?

If you're thinking of water cooling, forget the H50/70. Those all in one solutions aren't water cooling. Get a good air cooler like the D-14 or TRUE, both of which are better than H50/70. When you're ready, get a nice custom loop not mediocre all in one solutions.

I know H50 isn't water cooling, I had a E2180 at 3.8GHz on water idle in the low 20's max out in the high 40's low 50's.

Is the pump at full speed? Turn the fan speed to 100% in the bios if you're not sure the pump is running at full speed. Also fans make a pretty good change in temps with the H50/70.

What's your ambient temp? How is case aireflow? Are the fans setup the right way? Do I spy a super nintendo in the background of the 2nd pic???

You seated it again with AS5? If so just give it time to cure.

Would it cure faster is the pc was on or off? Or does it even matter?
