Driver Issues????

Hey all. Need some help. Built a system for buddy. He had lil cash so we made due. He got a nice 565 chip (it unlocks) and an Asus M4A87TD EVO board, and a 4GB set of OCZ Gold. Problem is, he gets BSOD's like crazy. We've have reloaded Windows (7) many times, and the one thing I can come back to is the drivers.

It is notable to mention though that he recycled some of his old Dell parts. He reused his Dell PSU (ew I know but its holding up), and his Dell HDD and optical drives.

So my question is, does anyone know of any freeware that will scan for improper drivers or driver issues? I am also leaning towards a USB driver because he has a NEC Root driver in device manager and a different driver as well that had yellow exclamation point and we disabled it. BUT, during initial post installation Windows gets me Network 4.0 that always gives em problems and some of the non-BSOD errors have named that too.

PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance.

Only thing i would say to diagnosis the usb drivers would be to start pulling a flash drive into each usb and see if the drivers install or if the usb flashdrive detects i windows 7.

As far as scanning for bad drivers for a graphics card i have not heard of non, maybe it is due to the unlocking of the 565 chip, very might be the problem. I would try running everything at stock and seeing if he is still getting the errors, other than that theres nothing that comes to my mind, have you looked at what kind of BLUE screens it is?

set this up on his comp and then maybe report back what 0x000.... number it is, that maybe help us help you diagnosis his problem.

Yea is currently back to stock and running at at normal speed/clocks. Have written down some of the BSOD's but its so many and they always say something related to hardware or driver issue, lol. Other than that, kinda lost. Reloading windows now and gonna keep it on and see if it BSOD's. Cuz it'll BSOD just sitting there.
