Worth upgrading from my GTX260 core216 with this CPU?

I currently have a Q6700 OC'd to 3.5Ghz. Those 560 cards look like a great buy, but I wondered if my CPU would just be a huge bottleneck.

q6700 @ 3,5ghz should not bottleneck the 560.
