Okay, I was going to buy the 2600k build (well, in fact, I paid it, in my paypal the payment was pending but then they canceled it and I'm guessing that happened due to the sata III issue in the p67 boards).

So, I think I will just make a 980x build now, and I'm wondering if the psu is still good for it

A 550W could run it.

This.

If you plan on SLIing (assuming you might since you have a near non-existent budget) then a 850w would be fine.

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS MAXIMUS IV EXTREME
PROCESSOR: SANDY BRIDGE 2600K
HARD DRIVE: CAVIAR BLACK 500GB
MEMORY: G.SKILL 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ
HEATSINK: NOCTUA NH-D14
GRAPHICS: GTX 580 SLI
POWER SUPPPLY: AX850
-----------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------

The problem I have right now is that I cant get both graphics to run at the same time?

In example, I have installed both graphics card in slot 1 / 3 and if all the power connectors r connected to both graphics cards, only one will work. And if i take out the power connectors from one, the next one will work. So the graphics cards are fine, and if the graphics cards are not the issue, then I'm guessing its the power supply?

It's not giving enough power? My PSU cant handle it? I thought you guys said it was more than enough...

The PSU is more than enough, unless it's faulty.
