I have the same noise, it think it's common with these cards - not much of an issue other then an annoyance. Try other games and see if you experience the same artifacting. Some games are known to have driver issues right now with the 69xx series.

I got the same green artifacts in GTA IV too but every other game is fine.
Driver issue.

No whinning though. Check your PSU or return the card.

hmm i am really quite confused now an worried, i dont know what to do i am gonna call Ebuyer tonight and speak to their management team, hopefully they can advise the best possible action, but tbh i might just get it RMA'ed just to make life easier.
