if i were to put 2 gtx 460 in lucid hydra set-up would their be a noticeable difference than using sli

regular GTX 460 SLI will always be better.

Yes sli is WAY better.
Offtopic: sli/xfire are better and more mature and support alot of games than lucid.
Its a great technology but it has alot of room to catch with xfire/sli.

so the sli will be better ok. But the thing is that their are few amd sli boardand thos one use a nvidia chipset. and i was considering getting the msi 870a fuzion power edition board since they are the same price and this uses an amd chipset that would porbably bring out more power from my amd cpu.
