Your phone probably has a gingerbread ROM running already. That's all this is, is a ROM running on an iPhone.

Okay yeah, so why does it send people into a spiraling vortex of anger? Ah well.

That is completely unnecessary. I hope a mod removes your post. People like you really need to mature a bit
PLEASE tell me you're joking. Pretty please? iPhone 4 is just about as pricey as many of the unlocked cell phones out there, and it comes with 32GBs of storage to boot. Please do not comment on prices unless you can back it up. Try finding a currently gen smartphone for 400$ or less that's comparable to the iPhone 4 in specs. Doubt you'll find it.

On another note, glad Android was ported, I'll be able to see if they've improved it enough for me to jump ship again (I left Android due to a horrible MMS bug).

.
I might have been pushing it with $400, but anywhere in the $400 would be reasonable. http://xpressphones.vstore.ca/produc...roducts_id=221 Is on example .
Plenty others in that price range...

Yeah, it's the new stuff that'll get Gingerbread, like the Desire HD and the HD2. My Desire is old news now, so HTC can't be bothered. Which sucks - now I'm forced into a situation where I'd have to root my phone just to keep with the times (the phone is only 5 months old, so well inside warranty)

This make me really sad. I would see more cooler things by buying a non-android device.
I bought a Galaxy S thinking it would be a super, updated device. But now I just see that Google-Samsung-Tmobile don't care about us.

Sorry yes I was, I lost track there

Thanks for the link, but I'm not gonna root my device until the warranty is pretty close
