Phenom II x6 1090T Overclock problem after being stable for 3 months O_o

Hi, I've overclocked my CPU to 4.2Ghz for months now without any problem but recently (about 2 days ago) I started getting BSOD when gaming. At first I thought it was a bad OC on the graphics card but when I ran Prime95 blend test I got an error after a few mins.

Anyone know whats wrong ? 3 months ago I didnt get any error after 16hrs of prime :/ thought it was stable. ran no prblem for 3 months and now It crashes when i play BFBC2 :/

Heres what i have :

Multi : 21x
FSB : 200 mhz
RAM : 1600Mhz 6-7-6-18-24-1T
CPU/NB : 3000Mhz
HT Link : 1600 Mhz (can anyone tell me what does HT link do ?)
vcore : 1.48125v
CPU/NB volt : 1.325v
vram : 1.7375v

Everything else is on Auto

EDIT : I took this Screen just after I started prime and just before posting this thread. I crashed just after posting.

Possible chip degradation. I know chew*, who is an extreme overclocker who has been sponsored at numerous events, over at XS said that running Thuban chips with above 1.475 vcore for 24/7 use would lead to chip degradation over time.

Either that or your OC was never stable in the first place. Did you run LinX, IBT, or OCCT? I've found that running Prime by itself isn't enough to ensure stability. I run Prime blend for 24 hours and then 500 runs of LinX at max memory (no page file) before I consider my OC stable.

what was your load temps like? at ambient temp of 75 degree day? and on a hot 80 degree day?

Again, it's been explained many times.
It's not core temps what you should look at, it's CPU Temp.
With a core temp of 55C, you must have a cpu temp of 65C+. So basically, you might have been killing your cpu slowly running at that temp.

pel4 is right. if your core temp is hitting 55c...then your actually at 65c to 67c. go by the cpu socket temp on the asus probe II. its pretty acurate. move your ht link to 2000ghz if you can. can you check for us really quick where your cpu socket vs core temp difference in degree?

I'm going suggest trying a new oc, that's a ridiculously high voltage for a 1090t. Mine runs 4.0ghz @ 1.322 on the same board as you. Aim for a little lower, for if you have suffered chip degradation it may be best to avoid making it more extreme. Also HT increases the bandwidth your processor has to communicate with the system, usually video cards and has shown performance hits when ran @ over 2000 with only one gpu. ***Do you know what your bsods have been saying *** ?

your HT speed is too low. it should be at least stock of 2000MHz

my bad i meant cpu temps lol ... i never look at core temps ... they are always below 40 >_>

and yeah im gonna do a fresh oc when i'll have the time. for the voltage my cpu wasnt stable with lower voltage :/

Your voltage is about right for 4.2 GHz on a 1090T. Your CPU is under water, temps should not be a problem. Might be CPU-NB voltage, I would hit it with a bit more, up to 1.4v max for 3000 MHz. Set HT to 2250 MHz at 1.25v. Everything else looks good. Been running an 1100T at 4.30 GHz to 4.45 GHz at 1.55v (LLC up to 1.59v) for over a month now, 24/7 with no apparent issues. Time will only tell...
