Try default qpi

Generally it's better to test one setting at a time...

Set QPI to default and tested 1.4v on Vcore: freeze

My vdroop is worse than I first thought. I initially saw it drop .07v before locking up, this time I witnessed it drop .1v ... yes, .1! That is just unacceptable by any standard. The voltage required for me to stabilize on this board is just ridiculous. Reading reviews, I can't seem to find anyone that has this board that doesn't run into this issue. I'm just going to RMA it I think. Any suggestions for a great OCing board that isn't 350 bucks?

hm... what about...

update to latest bios (f6c)
enable pll overvolting
enable llc
set vcore at 1.4v
turn ht off

That would be the same settings as I am currently using for my 2500k.

I'm already using F6C and I've used all those settings as well, maybe your board is just a wee bit better off than mine lol

It may be.. I spent hours overclocking, bsod'ing, getting corrupt bioses, and more, so I feel your pain. frown.gif

Also, I remember when I had it at 1.375v it would drop to 1.31, while 1.4 would drop to 1.32, so it may be that the higher the voltage, the more it drops? I did notice a drop on stock speeds as well.

Yeah, I spent all day yesterday and most of today messing with it. The bios corruption really grinds my gears, too. Talk about a touchy bios recovery system!

I've been sitting in class researching on possible fixes these past few days...I'm making better use of my time that way:D.
