This is silly. This is like asking 'What's the best car for $X?'

It really depends on how you are going to use it and your music tastes. Ignore every recommendation until you have answered these.

I personally do not like closed headphones. Open headphones are much more comfortable and I prefer their sound signature. Closed headphones can sometimes be too heavy on the bass for my tastes.
