Added Google Search, but I need to display database entries...

My site is basically a submit, and view of user input that is put into a database and retrieved via php.

I added a google search bar thinking it would be able to see the information, but it cannot.

How do I get it to function like it does on Overclock.net where you can search and get individual posts/threads as results?

I looked on there, but the only post that was in the help that had a question like mine went unanswered.

The search will show the post in the search results because it was indexed as part of the php file, but when you click on the result it takes you to the main page displaying all the posts, and new posts weren't there when the index happened so you cannot see them.
