possible PSU issue please help

HI!
I've upgraded my disk to raid0 and 4830 gfx to 5850 vapor-x. My current setup is:
e5200 @ 4.1ghz 1.40vcore
DFI lp p45 mobo
2x2 ddr2 800 ram
nec 3550 dvd rw
2x samsung f4 hdd
sapphire 5850 vapor-x
3 120mm fans
32" lcd tv 1920 x 1080 res.

okay now i am having random lock ups and sometimes bluescreen. completely random. for example I am gaming. playing BC2 for long hours..nothing goes wrong. then windows update pops up and says you need to restart.. on restart section, windows load cuts off with a blue screen like some CPU stability-ram problem..then it just boots fine.. also, when gaming or heavy loads on 5850, fan speed shows %40but RPM decreases...this makes me think my psu cant handle the gfx.. am I wrong? could it be some another problem like hard drive or mobo or anything or just psu's unreliablity?? My oldest hardware (including psu) is 1and a half year old. PSU I have is "xilence xp 480" 12v1= 15A 12v2= 14A I am suspicious that my psu couldnt handle this setup. any ideas? suggestions? +rep for helpful answers.

I think that's a fairly low-efficiency PSU, like 73% or less, so yeah. If it's not the PSU, then I would have to guess Gremlins are gnawing on your cables.

You might want to go with something like this instead:

$90 shipped, $70 after rebate.

I'd go for it, even given the choice. I'd say Seasonic > Corsair.

For crossfired 5850s in your setup I would recommend at least a 750W 80+ PSU
It does sound like a PSU issue, though some people have reported similar issues with Windows Auto-update that they have resolved by turning Auto-update off; bear in mind that hibernation/standby can also cause random lockups in Windows 7.

Unnecessary. The SeaSonic M12II is more than adequate, and is a great PSU besides. Better than the Corsair TX650 in most ways too.

The Xilence PSU is a piece of crap, but we can't guarantee replacing your PSU will fix the issue.

Oh, also, forgot to say, 5850s can have memory cooling issues so you might find that setting some more active fan profiles will help if you are getting overheating issues; I use MSI Afterburner for that, can give you a good 5850 profile if you like
