You do not need an extra heatsink on the northbridge. When you are overclocking the northbridge, you are not adding any heat to the northbridge chispet on the motherboard. This is because the northbridge clock controls the "true" northbridge (integrated memory controller) and L3 cache. All the northbridge chipset does is house the integrated graphics and PCI-E lanes and southbridge connection. You are adding heat to the CPU and not the northbridge. You would be wasting a lot of money getting a northbridge/chipset cooler.
