I'd suggest you get a CM Hyper 212+ with 2 decent fans. It's a great cooler for it's price and matches a Xiggy Dark Knight. (sometimes even better)

Very sound advice. Even if you just cleaned up cables and reseated your HSF, it should cool things down a bit. If you can add a fan (to the side pannel for instance) that'd also do wonders.
