My EVGA GTX 570 SC faulty/Not running optimally?

Thread Starter
Guys I think my gtx 570 is faulty or system, I'm not getting the correct FPS it seems, this is with a EVGA GTX 570 SC, which I further overclocked.

For example Batman AA Benchmark with my CPU at 4.4GHZ+my GTX 570, 1920 x 1080 maximum settings possible, with PHYSX High here are my results:

35-Min
100-Max
68-Average

Now compare it to this:

http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/9046...70-vs-gtx.html

He gets higher fps and his card is not even overclocked, his CPU is at 3.3GHZ

Is this normal guys?

Mafia 2 Benchmark nets me 45FPS average with everything on highest and PHYSX High, is this a bit low for my card and CPU?

Heaven 2.1 Benchmark Results: dx11,1920x1080 8xAA,16xAF,everything enabled, Extreme Tessellation,Textures and Shaders on High

FPS:29.8
SCORE:751
MIN FPS:16.2
MAX FPS:67.7

Is this okay, considering my system?

Thanks.
My System.

your mafia 2 bench is fine, when you have physx on high it eats up a lot of FPS as it's very physx intensive, on the other hand, if you have 2 gpu and dedicated 1 to physx for mafia 2 you'd pocket some more FPS.
