I would say its the Antec 300, its $59 right now but I always see it on sale for $50.

Or the Cooler Master HAF 912, also $59 right now.

Can't go wrong with the Nzxt Gamma.

Good cooling, plenty of room to work with, good cable management, lots of cooling options, great for it's price point. You can't go wrong ^^

The M59 case is pretty ace too, can't go wrong there. Both the Gamma and M59 would be great choices at your budget point.

I don't own a Gamma myself but I helped a friend with a build of his and he picked the Gamma, it was a pleasure to work with.

As far as CPU Coolers go though, without a top side fan (which you wouldn't need if you have a nice tower cooler) you have up to 168.5mm of clearance. Which will fit most anything.

Antec 300, you'll probably have to pay 60$ though. Never had a better case for air cooling.

The Cooler Master 335 is alright when it goes on sale (30-40$) but is pretty flimsy. I use one for my HTPC.
AMD, I give up.

I'd say CoolerMaster elite 370. Its a huge block of swiss cheese, 7x120mm fans for god's sake! Elite 370
The 430 is pretty good too, has a window and some more depth for larger CPU coolers, but even the 370 fits a CM V8...
You could also check out the Sharkoon Rebel 9 Economy, and the Thermaltake V3 Black Edition
Sorry I can't give you more detail on pricing, but I'm in Europe. These are the ones I looked at for my upcoming build. I went with the CM 370, cuz 7 CASEFANS!!!
