I should put these in the order as in the bios?

Judging by your previous screen shot of your memory bios settings:

Set Spd to 800 if given the option.
Cas: 5
Ras to Cas: 5
Ras Precharge: 5
Precharge Dealy: 15
tRFC: 52
tWR: AUTO
tWIR: AUTO
tRRD: AUTO
tRTP: AUTO

I noticed that you gave 10 numbers but your bios only gave 9 entries. So I'd go with my above suggestion unless you do have that other entry in there, then yes you would just enter as written.

After you do that leave your CPU in auto and run Memtest86+ to make sure memory is stable - suggestion - OR try your stress test and see if system is stable.

Lol this computer is funny! XD
I disassembled it to parts, cleaned up everything, replaced the 2 weeks old MX3 on the CPU, cleared cmos and started the OC all over again.

right now I'm at 3.14Ghz, Vcore 1.31V (actual 1.3V and 1.28 at load), and everything else default or auto (even the dram timings)

No BSOD and even OCCT and P95 happy and not crashing

CPU @ load max temp is 56C with the same stock cooler (90% fan), I guess its because Ive put pretty much paste on it.

The voltage is high compared to other systems I saw, but its fine.

Now I'm only 1.3s away from stock E8400 (in super-pi)

soon I'll buy better cooler (like Schyte MUGEN II) and try to get up to 4GHZ

If i were you, i would probably make sure it can hit 4.0 Ghz before getting a new cooler for it. On my mobo msi p31 i only could hit 3.2 Ghz with E7200 using a stock cooler of a dual core "which is A LOT more efficient than the cooler that comes with the E7200" Maybe you can borrow a cooler from a friend or something just to test.

See if you can't hit 3.4 with your current setup. 4.0ghz on that chip is not easy. Good luck!
