I only want to achieve 3.4Ghz no more, I don't want to break any record and I'm trying to get the most cheap SB CPU that can achieve 3.4Ghz, so is the 2300 or the 2400 can do tha on air? or I need to go with the 2500 or 2500k?

I use my PC for play games, watch movies, burn DVD's, etc. somethimes i use winrar but i don't edit video or things like that, mostly play games (90% of the time)

Note: I have the CM V8 heatsink

You can turbo over clock them beyond that, but you can't change the multiplier or the base clock. I say go for it.
