In the sense that it's something brand new, yes. We don't get too many bona fide "new things" in gaming anymore. This will probbaly have less overall impact on gaming than the Wii did, but it's still something fresh.

Maybe excited is the wrong word...I guess I'm not slathering at the mouth to get one. Genuinely, strongly interested is probably more accurate...but that's more than I can work up for anything else gaming-wise these days (PSP2? Kinect? PS Move? Yawn, yawn, and can't-yawn-loudly-enough.)
