Don't know why your temps are that high.
Dynex is very good thermal compound, comparable to AS-5.

Are your fans working properly?
Are you using Push/Pull?

Okay. So Cooler Master's Thermal Fusion 400 is good stuff ... (the dynex was all I had laying around when I un-seated the cold plate)...

and a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ ? Unsure I want a heat sink / fan cooling system. But if they've gotten that good over the years...

Yes. Fans are all dialed in. pointing the correct directions, making air flow where / how I want.

I'm under the impression my ASETEK 510LC is a push/pull ... don't know why it wouldn't be. Fan, Radiator, 2 Lines, pump, cold plate, all in one assy...

Maybe my Watercooler is just a PoS? From what I gather...? Thanks for ya'lls replies, but I won't mind hearing some other ideas.
