Need help deciding power supply for first build. - Page 2

In my opinon, no, not really. XFX brand units are all made by SeaSonic, a very solid manufacturer, and a number of Corsair units (including the AX750) are also made by SeaSonic. They're not the same units of course, but they're made by the same people, so you can expect the same level of quality. The HX750 and 850 are made by Corsair's other major manufacturer, Channel Well Technology (or CWT).

Excellent. The XFX would save me like 15-20 bucks. So that helps. I have to keep considering it in case I find any other combos, but it looks like a good deal.

I have a couple of builds I'm considering now with different power supplies. All the prices fall between 928 and 979.

The power supplies include:
Corsair AX750
Cooler Master gx 750(cheapest build)
Corsair HX750
XFX black edition 750
Those are the four power supplies I've narrowed it down too. Any more advice on what would be my best bet.

Antec Truepower New 650w. Realistically 550w is fine for two GTX 560's... but that particular PSU is at a great price at the moment. 750w+ is largely unnecessary.

Antec's PSUs are great, and the TPN650 is very good indeed, cheaper than the HX650 and with better quality power output. Your best bet is the Antec or the XFX Black.
