This would make an amzing HTPC. Would an AMD 6310 handle 1080p?

Only for text based applications - enterprises are migrating to Citrix because it allows one central installation of common packages, for ease of maintenance, for licensing, for control, and to reduce IT downtime.

I could see my organization buying these, at least for 90% of the systems that only run some basic, common applications - while the remaining 10% will still need a full computer to accomodate specialized applications which can't go Citrix, or need to have boards plugged into the backplane.

So, in a nutshell, yes.
lol

I hope it doesnt cost and arm and a leg seeing how its a niche market. Their previous model the fit-pc2 cost about $300 with the intel atom. They even announced a Tegra 2 version which is 3 watts or so called the Trimslice
Cant believe they got something in such a small form, its even smaller then the apple tv thing.

If they threw another nic port in there, that could make a pretty sweet untangle router.
