I have an old Sony Vaio I am trying to get running again. I tried installing Linux on it, but it is running to slow with the hardware it has. 600Mhz cpu and 192MB memory. I used to run Windows 2000 on it with no problems, but my daughter messed it up so badly I had to reformat it and try Zorin Lite. I want to put Windows 2000 back on it, but all I have is a Windows 2000 pro upgrade disc.
I don't have any previous Windows versions to upgrade from and was wondering if there is a program or something I can use to install the 2000 pro upgrade disk?

I got it figured out, I found an old win 98 disk I loaded first and then did the upgrade. All is well.
