Another Bad XSPC Res :(

Ok.... so i ordered 4 XSPC DDC Res's as part of a few watercooling setups i was working on. The first 4 i received were molded screwed up and the impeler would hit the inside of the housing on all 4 of them. I sent them back and was reassured that the they would check the ones they sent out that it has to be some sort of isolated incident with a batch they made or something.

Well..... I received the 4 replacements today, and yes, all 4 of them have the same issue, only this time the screw holes dont match and the the pump cant even be secured to any of the res's.

Now im pissed, its the weekend, i have to wait for monday to send them back again, and i cant even finish what i have been trying to do for the past 3 weeks.

Anyone else have this issue??? I have had 8 so far with the same thing so i imagine some of you have had to have this problem.

That's terrible. I bought the same res earlier this month (the 10th I think) but haven't tested it yet. At least the pump screws into it correctly, hope I don't have any issues..

hmmm...I purchased one from jab-tech a few weeks ago and its been working flawlessly. I also purchased my swiftech mcp355 on the same order too.

only complaint is the mounting systems sucks, the bushings just keep turning once you have threaded the screw completely. I've tried some super glue but I need something stronger. Tbh, the quality on xspc stuff does seem to be letting me down...

I'm on my second pump/res bought this one used off the forums here. I'm looking else where for my next setup and not XSPC (pump wise)

Heres a few more pics. You can see that the hole where the pump mounts is oval and the outlet was even drilled on an angle. I own 2 more of these currently in computers and no issues, they are actually flawless in every way

You would be able to see it. The hole is literally oval instead of perfectly circular I hope you have no issues either. returning and waiting for stuff sucks

I have 2 more in current builds and i have no issues either. I have no idea whats up with this. This to me is pretty bad. I mean come on all 8 of em bad, thats a little crazy.

I ordered from Jab-Tech too and this is just weird for them, i never once had anything lie this happen, granted its not their fault, but still at least they could have checked like they said they were going to.

I have the same problem with the bushings as i think every person who owns these does too, lol.
