Do i need a new casing for HD5770

hello, i am going to buy a HD5770 with a 550w PSU.my current casing can have 2 fans maximum. i heard that 5770 does not get very hot. so i am thinkking is my current casing have enough fans and airflow for a 5770?

It depends on your ambient temperatures, but I think you'll be OK with that case.
I'd still get a new one if possible, but it's not going to make or brake a 5770.
Instead of a new case, you could at least get an exhaust fan on the back of the case. You know the measurements of the grill better than I, but something to get some airflow going wouldn't hurt matters.

average ambient temp 23-35c humidity level is moderate to high

That'll be fine I have a worse case then you and I run a 5770. It runs pretty hot I admit, but within acceptable levels.
