800d watercooling questions newbie

Ok so i have serched far and wide and given so much knowlege my brain cant work it out,

AIM: 800D, 2600K, 470 GPU, WATER COOLED, slight overclock but not much, as quiet as possbile

1. radiator, two choices i have narrowed it down to, xspc rx360, or hwlabs black ice xflow stealth gts360 ( if i can find one in the uk)

will the gts be ok to use with medium speed fans/lw speed, if i add an addional 120 radiator at the rear of the case, i know these rads are not the best but they are able to male the case look nicer in my opinion,

if not, can anyone post pics of there 800d, ( ive seen a few) but some seem to hide the tubing which would stretch acrsoos the case to one of the rad inputs if its a normal dual pass rad,

any other advice is much apprecaited ( hints and tips)

What your budget. A good starting water cooling kit I would say is the XSPC RX360....

http://jab-tech.com/XSPC-Rasa-750-RX...t-pr-4780.html

That kit is more than enough for a CPU Loop and GPU Loop... ^_^

Xflow rads suck, do not buy one. Stick with the RX360, which is more than enough rad for what you're doing. Toss some Gentile Typhoon 15s or yate loon mediums on there and it'll be super quiet.

ok, to build on the xflow rads suck, how much, is the temp difference meaning my fans will be on full blast to do anything or does it mean it will run slighly warmer?

sedondly, i see you have this 800d wv any chance of some pics of your case?

Black ice rads require high rpm fans to shine, the stealth r really thin so they r worse than the normal ones.

Most ppl prefer quiet system xspc do well on mid and low rpm fans and dont cost as much as the black ice.

My camera is in shipping, so I can't take any pics of my gaming set-up at the moment.

The temp. difference between an xflow360 and an RX360, depending on the fans used, is probably going to be around 4-5c. You're doing yourself a disservice by using one. I know it's handy having the inlet on the opposite end as the outlet, but you'll have better temps with the RX360.

I put a hwlabs SR1 rad in my 800d with three scyth gentle typhoons on it. The SR1 was designed for low air flow. I wanted a super quiet build. I also ran tubing through the backside of the 800d to hide my long runs. Pics here

I got a MCP-355 and a XSPC dual Bay res/pump combo for Laing D5. It's very
quiet.
