VTT - Lower Critical Error on S5000XALR

My VTT is at 1.09v when it should be at least 1.2v .
How can I fix this? What Utility?

increase CPU VTT voltage in the bios

I don't see in the BIOS how to increase the voltage for VTT. The Bios version is 1.20.1093 Aptio - American Megatrends

I found out why. I had updated the BIOS firmware but not the BMC Firmware. After updating the BMC Firmware all is normal now.
