It's fine! I'm laughing at myself here too... What exactly is Indigo extreme? It seems quite interesting...

I may be a noob but I still have feelings ¬_¬

All other things being equal it will make no real difference. The water temperature only changes by a few C as it goes round the loop. Other than Res>Pump, which is important, set the loop up in the order that gives the least amount of tubing.

Other things to check, after putting TIM on the CPU are:

If it is the MCP655 with speed adjustment check that it is on 5. There is a very small arrow on the speed dial which can be hard to spot.

Check that your rad is properly bled. They can trap a large amount of air in them. Tilt your case around with the pump running (jump the PSU for this) and see if any bubbles come out.
Cheers for that, really helpful advice. But my pump is the non speed adjustable one ( it just has a hole where the dial should be!) and my loop already been properly bled.

If you get this quick, it will come Monday.

Not a problem. Once it arrives, put a blob around the size of an uncooked grain of rice on your CPU and bolt your waterblock back down, enjoy overclocking.
