My current voltage is 1.3 and i'm sitting at 47C idle. I need some tips on what all to change and really just overclocking in general.

I just bumped my ram up to 1910 MHz and the my uncore freq was set to 3820. I went from 46C to 48C when I did this. should I leave it at auto? Should anything be at auto/default?

first things first download yourself a copy of prime95 x64(google that).

then set your ram to stock and run small fft for atleast 12hours. if you pass with no errors you know your cpu overclock is stable. then you can proceed to overclock the ram.

run p95 blend to see if the ram is stable.

Hmm, so am I overclocking the ram even though the speeds are under 2000? (which I thought was stock) I figured when you OC'd the processor it just lowered your ram clocks and you had to raise them back up slowly.

Worker 7 and 8 have stopped already lol. Do I keep the test going? What is the tempurature I should fear? I assume it will cut off before the damage point.

Ok, it blue screened after about 10 minutes. Where do I start from here? The temp was only at 66C when it blue screened.

first thing i see is your uncore is on the high side.. try this - 20x200 1.25v, uncore multi to 19, QPI at 18 qpi-v 1.35 all other voltages at stock

What exactly is the uncore muli and the QPI? Are you talking about the QPI frequency? I tried to set it at 20x200 and come back and ask these questions, but the computer couldn't even make it past the windows load screen lol.

uncore multi. = uncore frequency try to change it form auto to something close to 3200-3600 don't worry about qpi = qpi frequaecy but make sure you have the volatages I told you ( they are pretty generic and should work for you at that multi and bclock ) you may need mroe vcore maybe 1.28 but i think that is kinda high for 4.0. something i didn't think of, make sure you turn off spread spectrum when overclocking

I couldn't even make it past the windows load screen. I bumped it down to 190x20 and I was able to start up. My uncore is 2133, qpi is 4800. I'm sitting at 42C idle atm.
