Those large res monitors cost loads lol, would be better off going eyefinity
Just get 3 monitors of your choice with 3 HD6950 (unlocked to 6970) and be cool.

Also 1366 platfrom mosly supports 16x on all PCI e slots.

SO... yeah.

Your TX750 should be ok for two HD6950's.

Your PSU will be fine if your going for a 2 6950's however if your going for 3, I would look for something higher.

HX1000 or similar quality 1KW PSU will run a tri-6950 setup fine man. Minimum for a 6950 according to AMD is 500W XD

AS far as im aware all the Reference models unlock.

Coolermaster CM690 ADV II is a great case.
i used an atcs840 and even after that went back to the 690 coz its probs the best in the budget section. If you have more money then maybe a Corsair 800D

The last case i owned was RV02, and it was epic. Im not much of a fan of the Corsair cases. The TJ11 is nice but its price tag is ott at £470

HD6950 x 3 is better as they can also be unlocked to HD 6970 and there is nothing wrong with ati drivers... Never had any problems with any ATI drivers so i dno where the hate is coming from...?
The i7 2600K (as low as 279.99 @ MC) edges out the 980x in both raw performance and gaming, and can break 4GHz, if not 5GHz quite easily, even on air cooling.

Suddenly 300 is more than 1000? Even if comparing to the i7 950 ~$250, the 2500K still does better.
