Program To keep track of Emails?

Im looking for a program to keep track of emails and i also want to be able to send emails with it. Kind of like K-9 Mail from android but for the PC. Anyone have an idea?

What do you mean by "keep track of"? Do you want to be able to organise them? Mozilla Thunderbird is a good email client to use.

yeah i to use thunderbird,what i do is create folders in local folders,and save what i want.

YEP! Thats what i wanted! How can i get it to make a pop up when i get a new email? A notification.

once you open it up click on tools > options.
and u can link all your emails to thunberbird too.

why do you want it running in the background?,when you get an email it should make a sound and/or pop up.

EDIT: send a test email to yourself.
