Run the stock cooler and he's assuming the case you have isn't sans power supply.

It'd be great if you posted links and/or prices. And as per your ill-gotten-OS, SHHHH, we don't need to hear about it. Honestly your price tag is optimistic at best, ridiculous if we're being realistic. If you're going to be building a PC, do it right and not so lopsided.

Because supporting developers is the morally right thing to do? Not to mention promoting piracy isn't the best example of how to help someone out. If he wishes to crack it, it's his purgative, but I for one am not going to condone it.

microsoft should drop prices for those operating systems , imagine in some countries people dont have the money to spend in a operating system ,

microsoft should drop prices like 50% off or something.

Windows 7 Starter was actually designed for less-than-wealthy nations in mind. Microsoft can keep the prices as-is, they're reasonable. What isn't reasonable is how little OP expects to spend on a machine with a 6870 and an i5 in it.

In some countries people don't have the money for food, water, clothing. If you're going to be buying a $300 videocard (that's how much they cost where I live in Canada) you should be able to afford an operating system.

I'd bet he does have an OS key laying around somewhere, don't bother with a cracked version just use that.
