Decided on mobo and cpu, now i need a gpu - advice needed

I'm building a new PC and I need some assistance picking out a video card. I decided to go with a modest mobo and cpu so I could spend more cash on a video card.

Mobo: ASUS P8P67 PRO
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz

My budget for a video card is $300.00

What are my options?

GTX560 ti
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-565-_-Product

It stacks up right behind the GTX570 in performance. Best bang for the buck.
It even compares to the 6950/6970 - when OC'd.

For 300 and under?

GTX 560 or ATI 6950

If you bump up your budget to ~ 350, your looking at a GTX 570 or a 6970.

My suggestion would be a GTX 560.

I like the idea of eyefinity. I might buy a second one of these down the road.

Is it OK to put a AMD/ATI into an Intel board?

Are there any performance gains I would get from putting an ATI video card in a AMD mobo over an Intel mobo?

I just started looking at AMD boards. I hate to change my mind after picking the ASUS P8P67 PRO with the i5-2500K, but this board looks sweet:

What do you guys think?

Now I need a new processor

It doesn't matter if it's an Intel/AMD board, the card will perform the same.
