Help finding a replacement fan

I just bought a msi 9600gt for 20 bucks from a friend and it didnt come with a fan just a metal heatsink. my budget is 20 dollars. does it really need the fan because i dont know why they wouldnt put a fan on that model

If you don't mind the look, just ziptie an 80mm to it. Any brand is fine.

Just use zipties to tie it to the card. Make sure that the airflow is pointed towards the card though.

why towards the card? shouldnt it be pointed away for better airflow?
