Monday Night Combat - Putting your keyboard through your monitor - Page 2

Thread Starter
Even if you survive an assault's charge you get knocked out the map. Sniper is pretty much worthless, because the headshot reg is atrocious.

I don't mind it as much after the first day, but just certain things annoy me. Like full on crits or if you do an attack that you are 100% should kill someone, they somehow manage to survive and kill you.

The perks in that game are horrible and completely unbalanced, armor gives you like 33% more armor, allowing you to survive any charge, sniper, or whatever at full health.

The list goes on.

Pretty much this, its a indie game, with 4 maps or so. With perks that kill it i think. A great idea they started with, but seems they got off track, confused, and couldnt find a solid road to go down. Leading to, im bored of it already, everytime I play i try to find some fun, but its the same thing over and over and over. I have 34hrs on record so far, so I gave the game a fair chance.

I find the game quite enjoyable most times. The only things that urk me are those better with specific classes than given credit for. For instance as one stated, the Sniper seems near impossible to use and actually get head shots and kills in general with out engaging to close combat.....but, quite often I run into opponents who are so deadly with that character, I can't make it past the gates of my money ball with out instant death until a teammate successfully takes that sniper out who is still across the map.

I generally use the Heavy. He's by far the easiest for me to use and I like to simply blast away. I usually will run across really good players who use the ninja. You could be at 100% health, but it doesn't matter if they get the opportunity to attack you from behind. It's instant kill for the ninja unless they hastly attack from the front while I have 100% health, I can then counter and obliterate them at their mistake. At any rate, the ninja is extremely deadly. She's basically the Scout and Spy from TF2 combined.

As stated, there is a frustrating learning curve and those two classes are the ones to cause me to be frustrated the most. Sometimes the Tank....but I don't run into many good players with the Tank as often as the two former stated.

It's a $15 dollar game, that was/is well money spent in my eyes....could have done worse and got Breach.

haha, you are just terrible. snipers can gank easily. other team raged one time when this sniper got a 37-2 k/d. my friend who used sniper a few times had very good k/d ratios.
