They wont take it back because there's nothing wrong with it.

Is there no way to fix this for under $200?

You have never walked into a store and returned something. I just say, It isn't what i needed. I need something else.

I bought a sound card from best buy, 2 hours later i took it back and said it doesn't do what i need it to.

well either way, I'd prefer to keep it if at all possible.

I'm thinking of buying the corsair 600w psu from bestbuy for $80
(my 430w doesn't even have a brand name on it... )

So I'll need a motherboard, a cpu, and ram...(is that all?)
And I'll have around 120 - maybe 200 dollars for it...Can I do it?

STAY AWAY From BestBuy, total ripoff spot $80 for a Corsair PSU is outrageous I'd personally invest in a new CPU+Mobo+RAM if I were you keep your current PSU,Case,GPU, and etc.

Also check out this I've price something affordable to your budget that you need.
RAM-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227558
Mobo-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157176
CPU-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103871

Something like that would be great efficient as well to you total is 204.97

Not sure if my unnamed psu can power my card or not.
And what are those slots called in the back of your pc, where the video card (and whatever goes into your pci slots) sticks out?

Because I only have 4 of those. And I noticed that most of the motherboards have more than 4 pci slots, and the pci-e slot is usually farther up.

I found a picture of my case, is there anyway someone can tell me what size it is, so I know what type of motherboard to look for?

http://www.pacificgeek.com/product.a...1&ID=44162&P=F

I think its atx micro, but thats a guess from the amount of expansion slots.

Thanks
