Thread Starter

Motherboard:
MSI GD65

CPU:
i5 2500k

Hard Drive:
Samsung F3

CD Drive:
LG Model GH24LS50

CPU Cooler:
Cooler Master 212+

RAM:
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB DDR3 1600

Power Supply:
XFX Black Edition

Graphics:
EVGA gtx 560

Again thanks in ahead for the advice.

How much were those ripjaws? The ddr3 1333 ones are $82 for 8g http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231310

Nice choice of hdd. I have that one too. Have you already ordered? You may want to consider the Antec 300, its much cheaper

i'd get a half 922/932 or a cm690 2 ( i think they are called)

ive own my antec 900 for quite some time now, and while i love the case to death, the cable management sucks! i've had to dremel some holes in there, and even after that, it still plain out sucks lol

awesome case though!

why not an SSD? or maybe say the wd cavier black or wd raptor series? all fine hdd's

I haven't ordered just yet but here are some of my thoughts..

The Antec 300 was one of my choices but fell through because of no side window Those other cases, for the same reason.

I think I'll be happy with the Sammy F3. I haven't heard bad things about it.

The ripjaws are 80 but I found another set for 65 ... Don't know whether the timing is worth the extra money

Alot of people will tell you yes it is, but from personal experience I would advise you to get 8gb.

My 4gb is quickly getting filled up. I recently tried to edit a video in WMM and it closed due to insufficient memory.

And as time progresses, programs will require more memory to run.

In that case these are beautiful...

Except for it's a drop from the 1600 and the PC3 is smaller.

You're going with the MSI now? I thought you were torn between the ASUS and Gigabyte?

MSI is the same in performance, if not better from what I've heard, and cheaper PLUS I got a great deal with it and the 2500k.
