I'd go a 560, unless you want to pick up this 570 for ~$300 after rebate:

The Gigabyte 560 SOC comes out of the box at a 1GHz core clock... which is almost 200MHz more than the MSI, so you may want to wait on that one instead.

You can probably overclock most GTX 560's with non-reference designs to be as fast or maybe slightly faster than a stock GTX 570. For example, the Gigabyte GTX 560 SOC is factory overclocked to 1GHz core which makes it as fast as the stock GTX 570. But the stock cooler on the GTX 570 isnt that bad, and you would be able to overclock that to around GTX 580 levels of performance. And MSI has a Twin Frozr II GTX 570 aswell, and Gigabyte has the Windforce x3 version.
So a GTX 570 is obviously the better card for raw performance, I dont think theres any question about that. But you have to ask yourself, do you really need the performance of a GTX 570 ? in most cases, especially at a resolution of 1600x900 you wont.

You PSU is a pretty good quality and Im fairly sure it could easily handle that system overclocked. Some people say that even a GTX 580 SLI setup can run on a good 650W PSU, so I think youre good.
