Overclocking and Win7 Power Mangement

Thread Starter
I have a question about overclocked CPU's.

My CPU is overclocked to 4.2ghz and all settings in BIOS are correctly configured for overclocking such as speedstep off etc. What do you guys suggest these highlighted sections should be set to?

Would you guys recommend having the Minimum processor state set to 5% so when the CPU is idle it clocks down to around 2.2Ghz and should the cooling policy be "active" like the screenshot?

I feel that this is mostly personal preference. But, here are my settings:

But I think that there is nothing wrong with leaving these settings at their defaults.

With my i7 860, my minimum was 100%.

With my 875k, it's 2%, with EIST enabled. But then, I'm using a BCLK of 133MHz and a Turbo Boost of up to 30x for all cores.
