Try it. Judging from your 4.14 OC, I almost guarantee you need more voltage.

So,i just read your reply and i gota ask you...how the hell did you get all them reps?

So gpu instability is caused by low vcore now right? My god....ive heard it all now

This used to happen to me when I got my 5770 but it only happened when I played the videos in full screen. Your going to have to wait until adobe releases a new flash player.

No, you read it wrong. CPU instability is exposed by various GPU factors (overclock, power consumption, etc.). When you add a dedicated card to your system, you're putting a strain on multiple parts of the system. The PCIe controller, your power supply, motherboard, etc. Any fluctuation in frequency can cause instability with the overclock on the CPU. By adjusting your CPU vcore, you have a better chance of keeping your entire system stable if you're having issues.

Anything over 4.0ghz on a 1366 mainstream chip requires (usually) a pretty significant jump in vcore. 4.14, though only marginal, is actually a big step for a 950 over 4.0ghz. The fact that his system locks up, as opposed to only the browser or driver crashing, indicates instability in the CPU - not GPU.

I totally understand what your saying regarding other dependancys in the system but...Hmmmm,i still find it hard to swallow that this would be down to or could be fixed by a change in voltage supplied to the cpu.

Other things ive known to cause gpu stability are not enough power being supplied by psu and incorrect pcie frequency set in bios, usually overlooked when overcloking and leaving pcie frequency on auto.
Obviously also instable gpu overclocks but im pretty sure this would have been ruled out by wick001.

Cpu voltage would be a first for me,but hey theres a first time for everything right?

Id like to ask the op to remove any overclock and see if this still continues.

I think ive seen enough of this similar type of problem reccently to stick my neck out and say this would likely be down to a common problem with certain drivers and flash video and could be worked around by installing a previous known stable driver version.

Hopefully this gets sorted out.

wick - I'd also look at your PSU. It says you have an 800W psu in your signature and from the looks of it, you might be running out of power. An overclocked i7 and an SLI setup with GTX 570s might be a bit too much for an 800W psu. Just an observation.
