Which of these cooler to get?

I have a x4 955 and a silverstone pso4 case. I currently have 1 bad case fan and the stock heatsink and am looking to overhaul my cooling. I plan on buying 3 of these fans:

Next is the heatsink, i cant decide on these options:

Im looking for good cooling and low noise, what do you all think?

I'll throw in my hat for the Hyper 212+.

Easy to install and cools like a champ.

A better price to performance ratio you're not likely to find.

212+ if your not going to overclock very much

its not the easiest to install, but not too difficult
youll need to remove the mobo (unless the case has access to the under side of the board)

If you want to OC your 955 and keep it super cool then go with this: http://www.shg.dk/Koeling-og-Blaeser...4-2199543.html it is more expensive but is alost competely silent when running...It is still one of the best air coolers that you can get..I have one on my 930 and couldn't be happier with it..Stay away from the Zalman...I have that one in my daughters pc..It works on her dual core fine but it is a pain in the behind to clean the dust from.

I would recommend one of the Hyper coolers. The Zalman's don't tend to perform well with the quads especially if you plan to overclock.

I cant really go over my budget, so i have two choices, i want to know what you all think is the best one.

I can either buy 3 of those good silverstone fans, have 1 on intake and 1 exhaust, and the other on a hyper 212. The second option is to only buy one of the good fans and buy a corsair a70, but then i have to continue to use the bad fan which came with the case as either exhaust or intake.
