Antec 1200 V3, Finally an Antec case with cable management?

What are your thoughts on this case? I generally stay away from antec due to the sheer difficulty of cable management, but this looks pretty promising. The dual rear exhaust fans looks like the perfect place to mount a radiator

When i first started building, I looked at Antec. I liked some of their cases appearance wise, but like you point out, the cable management isn't the greatest. I ended up getting a CM scout and also a CM HAF 932. If i were to get an Antec these days (I'd get an NZXT Phantom in white first, though) it would be for the Lan Boy modular case. The idea intrigues me.

When the first ANtec 1200 came out -- It was actually one of the first to even use 'some' type of cable management.

Now there are far better cable management cases and the Antec 1200 is a pretty bad one.

V3 isn't much better, just a bigger whole for 'more' cords to pass through.. Sad thing is, you could already get all the wires through the already small holes on the original Antec 1200.

You just needed more holes in different areas to make the cable management much better.

The Twelve Hundred is not a bad case by any means. Cable management is actually just fine. They have holes in the right places, and the sizes are perfectly acceptable; I only wish that the area behind the motherboard and the mounting hole behind the CPU were bigger (I actually had to take my mobo out to mount the H50's bracket). It's got copious amounts of airflow (it better with that many fans stock).

If I went back to February of 2010, I'd probably skip out on it for a quieter option; but for those that don't mind noise at idle, it's a fine case.

The V3 isn't much of an upgrade. I'd probably take it simply for that larger cooling bracket hole.

YOu can mounte the PSU right side up. There is plenty of space for air flow, but some people just don't like it like that.

...what do you mean? People have been mounting PSUs on the bottom with the fan up for a long time. And as the above poster said, it can be flipped if need be.
it can but there is no vent holes so air will be sucked inside the psu thru some little slots = less air in psu = faster running fan = more noise. also this case have such amount of room wasted... im not telling about only above the mobo where is the 2nd 120m fan but also the cpx psu format is wasting some space under the mobo. ive never seen the cpx psu in antec case rig lol.
