Need Advice for an AM3 set-up (SSD ready)

Thread Starter
I just bought an OCZ agility 2 120 gb SSD.

I havent installed it because my current set-up doesnt support AHCI and I have decided to sell my MB/RAM/CPU on ebay and get a new am3 setup.

If i get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128451

Am I going to have any issues running AHCI + Trim on my new SSD? I am worried since the Nvidia chipsets dont have AHCI, do the AMD ones? thanks guys.

I'm running AHCI on that cs without a problem as well as trim. But I would get the USB 3.0 version

OK great info thank you for the reply. I just cant stand the idea of buying another board and getting stuck with this not working with that, like the 750I nvidia chipset i just had.
